The Strengths of the 358 Anti Climb Fence
The 358 high-security fence – also referred to as an anti-climb fence – is a premium welded wire mesh panel known for its high tensile strength and advanced security design. The number “358” indicates a mesh opening of 3” × 0.5” and a wire diameter of 8-gauge (approximately 76.2 mm × 12.7 mm × 4 mm).
This fence is engineered to function as a robust, climb-resistant, and cut-resistant barrier, delivering enhanced perimeter protection. The small mesh opening makes climbing or cutting extremely difficult – even a finger can hardly pass through.
At the same time, the rigidity of the 8-gauge wire creates a sturdy structure, making the fence a highly effective solution for property security and access control. Typical applications include high-security areas such as schools, industrial and commercial sites, police stations, prisons, government buildings, airports, railways, seaports, and more.

Notes :
Besides the 358 model, the 3510 model is also offered as another high-security mesh with the same opening size. The key difference is that the 3510 uses a 10-gauge wire diameter instead of the 8-gauge wire found in the 358 model.
