Chain Link Fence

Features of Chain Link Fence
Chain link fence is made by knitting process with simple structure, uniform mesh, and flat surface. It features wide mesh, thick wire diameter, and high corrosion resistance. The elastic mesh body absorbs external impact. Components are typically dipped, sprayed, or painted, and installed on-site without welding. Suitable for basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts, school playgrounds, and other areas subject to impact. Also used for poultry and rabbit cages, zoo enclosures, machinery protection, highway barriers, and roadside green belt fences. When made into gabion boxes filled with stones, it protects seawalls, slopes, bridges, and reservoirs as flood control material. Wire diameter: 2.0-5.0mm. Mesh opening: 30×30mm to 80×80mm.

Classification of Chain Link Fence
By name: chain link fence, sports field fence, court fence, PVC coated woven fence, galvanized chain link fence, basketball court net, diamond mesh wire fence, cage soccer fence, etc.
By surface treatment: stainless steel chain link fence (material 201,302,304,304L,316 – no coating needed), galvanized chain link fence, PVC dipped chain link fence (base: low carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire or aluminum alloy wire), PVC coated chain link fence.

Advantages of Chain Link Fence
Durable and easy to install.

All parts are hot-dip galvanized steel.

Connecting clips between frame and posts are aluminum – maintenance-free and secure.

Applications of Chain Link Fence
Mainly used for sports field protection (basketball, soccer, tennis, badminton, cage soccer). Also suitable for playgrounds, schools, and other impact-prone areas. Widely used for animal enclosures (poultry, rabbits, zoo), machinery protection, highway barriers, roadside green belt fences. In civil engineering, it forms gabion boxes for protecting seawalls, slopes, bridges, and reservoirs – an effective flood control material.

Manufacturing Process of Chain Link Fence
Knitted from galvanized steel wire or PVC coated wire.
