When it comes to durability and aesthetic appeal, the zinc steel fence stands out from traditional iron fencing—not only in appearance but also in its advanced manufacturing process.
One of the key features of our zinc steel fence is its weld-free assembly. Through a horizontal and vertical穿插 structure, the installation becomes faster and more convenient, while delivering a cleaner, more modern look compared to conventional iron fences.
What truly sets our fence apart is its six-layer composition, each contributing to superior performance:
Base Steel Layer
The foundation of the fence, offering a hardness value of 159 DPN, ensuring structural strength.
Zinc-Steel Alloy Layer (Zeta Layer)
Located closest to the base steel, this dense alloy layer consists of FeZn₇ and FeZn₁₃ compounds. It provides exceptional corrosion resistance, with a hardness of 211 DPN and an iron content of 7%–11%.
Sub-layer (Delta Layer)
Featuring a monoclinic columnar structure, this layer contains 6% iron. It is non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, and has a hardness of 179 DPN.
Pure Zinc Layer (Eta Layer)
With a dense hexagonal crystal structure, this layer resists cracking during deformation. It is 98.5% pure zinc and has a hardness of 70 DPN.
High-Zinc Phosphating Layer
Enhances corrosion resistance while improving the adhesion between the coating and the base material.
High-Temperature Cured Coating
Offers outstanding anti-corrosion and impact resistance, along with excellent UV resistance, oxidation resistance, and self-cleaning properties. Its color change rate is less than 5% over 15 years.
Together, these six layers ensure that our zinc steel fence delivers long-lasting beauty, exceptional durability, and minimal maintenance—making it the ideal choice for modern outdoor applications.
